Haag Sherman became Chief Executive Officer of T Bank at the end of 2024 while continuing to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Tectonic Financial, the parent company he founded in 2015. By serving in both roles, he aligns T Bank’s full suite of solutions—meeting the financial needs of small businesses—with the parent company’s long-term, tech-driven strategy to deliver comprehensive, commonsense support to entrepreneurs nationwide.

A serial builder of financial businesses, Haag has grown Tectonic to over $8 billion in assets under advisement and championed proprietary software that trims red tape and gets borrowers term sheets in as little as 48 hours. Earlier, he co-founded Salient Partners, expanding it to $17.5 billion in AUM, and has served as an investor, attorney, and CPA across the financial services spectrum.

He sits on the boards of CBIZ (NYSE: CBZ) and Hilltop Holdings (NYSE: HTH), guest-lectures at the University of Texas School of Law, and stays active in Houston-area philanthropy. Haag earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Baylor University (cum laude) and a J.D. from the University of Texas (with honors). When he’s not guiding T Bank’s next chapter, you’ll likely find him mentoring employees and entrepreneurs or cheering on his college and hometown teams.

David Clifford moved into T Bank’s Executive Vice President & Market President — SBA Lending seat in 2025 while continuing to run day-to-day operations at Tectonic Financial, where he has been Chief Operating Officer since 2023 and President since 2025. In both roles he pursues a single goal: giving small and midsize businesses faster, smarter access to the full range of banking solutions they need to grow.

Since joining Tectonic in 2018 as Chief Strategy Officer, David has been the driving force behind the firm’s product-platform expansion, embedding advanced analytics and streamlined processes that helped push assets under advisement over $8 billion. At T Bank he now leads a nationwide team of SBA specialists known for 48 hour term sheets and on-time closings—proof that a relationship bank can still move at fintech speed.

David’s earlier career includes building the marketing, intermediary-services, and sales platform at Salient Partners, where his initiatives helped lift client assets beyond $17.5 billion and bring new alternative-investment programs to market. He started out with McKinsey & Company in Helsinki, advising Nordic high-tech and telecom clients on growth strategy.

An avid mentor to employees and small-business founders alike, David also volunteers with incubators across Texas. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. in Finance and Information Technology from the Helsinki School of Economics, where he graduated salutatorian.

Michelle Baird

With Tectonic since inception, Michelle Baird serves as Executive Vice President. She leads Tectonic Financial’s accounting and tax regulatory compliance program. In addition to coordinating the firm’s financial audit process, Michelle assists in securing financing alternatives and conducts operational activity of Tectonic and certain of its affiliates. Michelle’s attention to detail, in-depth analysis and insight aid in setting the overall strategic direction of the firm. Prior to Tectonic, Michelle provided tax/accounting services to Cain Watters & Associates, a comprehensive financial services firm serving dental practices. Originally an employee in the Cain Watters Tax Department, she eventually established her own management, tax and accounting firm that provided support services to Cain Watters and other affiliates, which included Tectonic. Michelle began her career as a tax associate with a large regional public accounting firm. She is a graduate of University of Texas in Arlington and a Certified Public Accountant. She uses her financial proficiency to serve the 3to1 Foundation, which is dedicated to the financial education of young adults.

Ken Bramlage

Mr. Bramlage was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of T Bank, N.A. in March 2013. He joined the Bank in July 2007 as Vice President and Controller, and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bramlage was Vice President and Controller for a $1.0 billion savings bank headquartered in Olathe, Kansas, since April 1999. Mr. Bramlage earned a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting at Kansas State University in 1984, and became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas in 1985. He started his career in internal auditing with Texas American Bank in Fort Worth, Texas, in 1984. In 1989 he joined a privately owned Commercial Bank in Fort Worth to establish an internal audit department, and was subsequently named to the office of Vice President and Controller which he held until April 1999.

Bill Woodard

Bill Woodard serves as Chief Credit Officer of the bank having joined the bank in 2022 as Executive Vice President. Bill oversees all lending, credit, and loan operation functions. Bill has worked as Chief Credit Officer and in Senior Credit positions for local and national banks. He has been responsible for credit originations, portfolio management, establishing a loan center and development of credit policy and policy management. He started his career in banking in 1996 in Las Vegas and holds degrees with a Bachelors in Finance and Masters in Accounting.

Kendra Vincenty

Kendra Vincenty leads T Bank’s SBA credit and operations teams, guiding every loan from application through funding with disciplined risk management and customer-focused service. She brings more than 25 years of experience in government-guaranteed lending, credit administration, and program development.

Before joining T Bank, Kendra built and scaled SBA platforms for regional and national institutions nationwide, earning a reputation for translating complex regulations into efficient, borrower-friendly processes. She has served on the board of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) and is a two-time recipient of its Instructor of the Year award, reflecting her commitment to high-quality lender education and sound policy development.

At T Bank, Kendra continues to expand access to SBA financing for entrepreneurs, mentors rising credit talent, and collaborates with industry peers to advance best practices that strengthen the small business lending ecosystem.

Thad Hutcheson

Thad Hutcheson

Mr. Hutcheson was part of the initial public offering and formation for T Bank, beginning with the bank’s holding company in September 2003. He has served as Chief Technology Officer (and later CIO) for the bank since opening its doors as a De novo bank in November 2004. Prior to joining the company, he was a technology consultant, working on projects in a variety of industries and capacities. Mr. Hutcheson studied Computer Science at Texas A&M University before completing his B.S. in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. He has several technical certifications.

Tracy Dewey

Ms. Dewey joined T Bank in June 2010 as Vice President and Cashier. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Branch and Banking Operations in 2020. She started her banking career in 1984. Prior to her career with T Bank, Ms. Dewey had worked for several multi-million-dollar financial institutions over the span of her career. She brings a vast comprehensive knowledge of various backroom operations to include payment processing, wire transfers, and reconciliation.

Shari Stevens

Ms. Jensen started her exciting career with T Bank in October 2008 as Vice President and BSA Officer, and in 2010 added Compliance Officer to her portfolio. She started her banking career in 1981 as a Teller. Over the next 28 years, she was promoted to be a Senior Vice President over BSA/AML Compliance and various backroom operations to include wire transfer and vault management for a billion dollar Bank in Killeen, Texas. Ms. Jensen attended Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah.

Steve Jones

Mr. Jones is the Plano Market President and one of the twenty founding Board of Directors and Organizers of T Bank. He is a second generation banker serving clients in the DFW market since 1983. Raised in Denison, Texas, Mr. Jones is a 1980 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA degree in Finance and a 1993 graduate of The Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU. He has been Chief Lending Officer and Senior Lending Officer for several community banks and enjoys developing relationships with his clients to meet their financial goals through both deposit and loan products.

Cindy Nolan

Cindy Nolan started with The Nolan Company in 2005. As the Director of Human Resources and Finance, Cindy oversees all of the human resources and financial functions of The Nolan Company, including payroll, benefits, financial analysis, and training. Previously, Cindy served as a Pension Plan Administrator for three years at The Nolan Company. Prior to that, she spent several years in retail as a District Manager. Cindy graduated from St. Ambrose University with a Bachelors of Arts in Business, specializing in Marketing. Originally from Davenport, Iowa, Cindy spent fifteen years in Chicago before moving to Kansas City. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, playing with her dog, and spending time with her daughter.

Randy Woods

Randy Woods

Randy Woods serves as the President of Integra Funding Solutions, a division of T Bank, NA. Integra is engaged in Factoring and Commercial/Equipment Finance originations. Randy founded Integra in 2011 and spent 10-years building the platform and technology as an independent finance company. Randy joined T Bank in July of 2021, when the Bank acquired Integra. Randy has spent over 27-years in Financial Services with the first 17-years being focused on Corporate/Commercial Banking in Texas. He has been responsible for loan originations, portfolio management and debt/equity financing. Randy started his career in Banking in 1995 at Bank of America and is a graduate of the University of North Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
