New Client Portal Effective August 7, 2026 – One login for valuations and year-end data collection.
We recently upgraded our client portal to provide added security and convenience. You will now use one login to access prior year valuations and complete year-end data collection. Your previous login credentials will no longer work. If you have not received an invitation to the new portal, please contact [email protected].
Once you’ve logged in, you can retrieve prior valuations by selecting “Download Documents.”
To complete your year-end data collection, select “Annual Data Collection.” From there, you can download your census, complete it, and upload the completed file using the Upload button. You may also select “Complete Online” to complete the annual questionnaire online. Select Edit for each tab to review and complete needed updates, and select “Submit Questionnaire” when finished. Use “Upload Other Documents” to send any additional items. The “Recently Uploaded Files” section will show the documents you have submitted.

Please do not submit zip files, password-protected files, or links. These files will not submit properly.
